[You are reading the instructions on how to create an online survey, the functions have been deactivated.]

Click "My online surveys" on the main menu and then "Create new survey". The following form will appear:

Enter the survey name of your choice in the field and click "Set up survey".
A new survey will be created and the possible actions will be shown with which you can develop the questionnaire and later carry out and analyse the survey.
